Shipping + Handling
Once your purchase has processed, you will receive an automatic confirmation.
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. Once completed, we’ll email you with updates including tracking information letting you know your items have shipped. If it happens that a product is out of stock or has been backordered, you’ll be contacted by our customer service tribe.
Shamanessa Goddessa is NOT responsible for items stolen or lost in snail mail transit. All risks associate are assumed by the messenger delivering your precious cargo.
Shamanessa Goddessa ships anywhere in the world for a flat rate of $25.00 unless otherwise specified. Please allow 5-15 business days, excluding weekends + holidays for international shipments. Our carriers include: FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS. Be aware, Priority delivery can take as long as 14 business days. Once your package leaves the US + embarks on it’s international journey to customs, we’re unable to guarantee it’s delivery date. Please note, buyer is responsible for all customs duties taxes fees + we are NOT responsible for any sales tax or local tariffs.
Purchasing a gift?
Our items make the perfect gift for your someone special. If you want to send them a love note, please leave your brief message in the NOTES field during checkout. If you missed it, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org shortly after your order’s been placed.
Because our items are small batched, you may come across an item that’s sold out. No need to fret! Sign up to join our mailing list < scroll down to the bottom of this page > to be up to date on when our products are restocked. You can also sign up to be notified once a specific product is restocked by filling out the form on the product's sold out page.
Returns + Exchanges
Please note, All special orders, pre-orders, discounted and sale items are final sale. Unfortunately, no returns/exchanges/refunds can be applied.
Shamanessa Goddessa allows returns up until 9 days for store credit. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. All returned items must BE unused + in their original condition. All returns require authorization + must accompany a return authorization number. Please email email@example.com for a return authorization. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original ship date. Shipping costs are non-refundable + return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of damaged goods.
To ensure delivery, we suggest merchandise to be returned via traceable carrier + insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for lost returns or if the item is damaged in the mail.
Once we receive the items, store credit will be transferred. If you are exchanging your items, store credit will be issued for the full value of the purchased product. If any returned items don’t meet our return policy requirements, we have the right to deny credit.
