addiction meditation

We all can admit we suffer from some sort of addiction. If it's not drugs or alcohol, it's caffeine or sugar. We can be addicted to sex, food, work, you name it. Addiction takes on many forms, yet the root of all addiction is a negative pattern.

Addiction causes an imbalance in the pineal gland most commonly known as our third eye. An imbalance of the pineal gland affects honing into our intuition clearly. This eventually causes bad habits which then result in addiction. If our glandular system is out of whack, know that this often comes from an imbalance in the pituitary gland. We want to stay disciplined and aware of when our mind and body are out of alignment with our truth.

This meditation can help correct and find alignment to this imbalance in 40 days if practiced daily.
